  Why loving America? America is a country that offers a lot. All we have to do is to take advantage of those opportunities. Sometimes I look at the issues that hold many people here down as monuments to the strength of Black will. Yes, but not in the way whites would probably define "proud". We are proud of this country because our race is a living example of how our government and its people can effect change. Currently Black women are the most educated by race and gender. When I came to America although very young but I had   promised myself to take advantage of all my opportunities. I also have known education is supposed to be one of my strengths  as black person. I have opportunities to get one vocational profession as an Ultrasound Vascular Technician, and two degrees one in Science the other in Healthcare administration. My point is to indentify your own personality first so that you can match it with the ambitions on relatively suitable degree. Rhythm and balance are always important. An addition, I  believe that being ambitious is what keeps one going. Imagine a ship leaving its harbour to reach nowhere! Ridiculous isn’t it? Life without an ambition isn’t much different from that ship: just flowing where the tide and winds of the world take you. How inert and boring would such life be! Having an ambition makes you a far-sighted person which, in fact, helps you overcome the current hurdles of life for you know this isn’t the end and you have to reach your goal. Positive stress  is a condition in which you are stressed about the good things going to happen. It helps you face what you have to face or fix what you have to fix.   How to recognize "nepotism" ? Nepotism in workplace is still very common in America. It is not great feeling when someone goes through that. It is understandable for someone to support loves ones.  As we know that b lood is always ticker than water.
